The watch looks good. The finishing is ok. The dial and the hands are very proportional. I have two problems with it! The lume is very poor especially on the hour markers (even though this V4 is advertised as one with better lume). And two the clasp is very stiff, I almost can’t lock it and then unlock it.
I review the watch after wearing it a couple of times. I must say that I am really pleased and pleasantly impressed by this homage at the ExplorerII. The movement seems to be precise and all the details of the case and the bracelet are of fine workmanship: I have 2 other PD watches and I must say that qualitatively worn this turns out to be the best of the 3. 2 aspects that made me evaluate the product 4 stars and not 5: 1 The closure of the clasp does not seem firm: I will evaluate whether to have it arranged/recorded by a watchmaker, for the moment it is a negligible aspect anyway. 2 The orange strap that comes as an extra in the packaging is really of poor quality: I will use it for another watch but certainly not for this as it would risk lowering its prestige. Excellent quality/price ratio. I am satisfied. I recommend the purchase. Fast delivery: arrived 10gg calendar after ordering.
This is a fantastic watch. I received the V4 very shortly after placing my order, much before the earliest expected date. Everything about this version fantastic, great comfortable strap, solid seiko movement, and some real detail on the lume and hands to finish the watch nicely. If you like orange hand GMT watches (like the og rolex or a modern Christopher Ward), this one is really well executed.
The bracelet is not orange, but black. Very disappointed.
Decent GMT watch for the money. Not the highest level of refinement but good for the money. If you have a spare 10k GBP laying around then buy a Rolex. If not, this is a very decent alternative for a fraction of the price.
Good watch. Reducing the strap is relatively easy. Just screw and unscrew. Watch has some heft to it. The movement is lovely. Good buy. No regrets.
Not bad but not too much difference with V2 or other .... Good quality
